At Strategic Family Solutions, we know that the people who care the most are often right at home. That is why our Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program gives clients the power to choose who cares for them whether it’s a family member, friend, or trusted loved one.

We proudly partner with the State of Missouri to make this possible. Through CDS, individuals who qualify for Medicaid and need help with daily activities (like dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, etc.) can receive support from someone they know and trust right in the comfort of their home.

As part of this program, the caregiver actually gets paid for their time and services. That means your loved one can be your caregiver and still earn income.

We are here to guide you every step of the way, from the application process to ongoing support, making sure you always feel seen, heard, and supported.

You may qualify for CDS if you:

• Have active Missouri Medicaid/Health-Net (or can qualify)
• Are 18 years or older
• Can direct your own care
• Meet the Level of Care as outlined by the Department of Human and Senior Services (illness/disability)
